In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on the jos77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Jos77 strictly enforces a 21+ policy in line with its international licensing obligations. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. Jos77 enforces a strict one-account-per-person policy.
• Acting on your own behalf: You must be acting solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

To access real-money gaming and betting services on jos77, you must complete the account registration process. By submitting your registration information, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

Required information. During registration, you will be required to provide a valid username, a secure password, your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Jos77 will never ask you to disclose your password or one-time PIN (OTP) through any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. You must notify jos77 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Identity verification (KYC). Jos77 reserves the right to require identity and age verification at any stage. Verification is always required before processing a player's first withdrawal and may be triggered again at any subsequent point. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed.

Account closure. Jos77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that the Account holder has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, has provided false or misleading registration information, or has engaged in behaviour that may be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

All financial transactions on the jos77 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Jos77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges independently of jos77.

Deposit rules. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. Jos77 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account and to suspend the receiving Player Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal rules. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, withdrawals will be processed to an alternative method following KYC verification. Jos77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request that it deems to require additional verification. Withdrawal requests are irrevocable once submitted.

Dormant accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. Jos77 reserves the right to deduct a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 from the dormant Account's Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fee is applied.

Jos77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to Indonesian sporting events such as BRI Liga 1, Piala AFF, and the FIFA World Cup qualifying rounds. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered players only. Players who have not completed identity verification may have bonus withdrawals withheld until KYC is completed.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard Wagering Requirement for all jos77 deposit bonuses is 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited to the Account. Unused bonus funds expire automatically after this period without notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time. Opting into a new promotion before completing the Wagering Requirement of an existing bonus will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Jos77 reserves the right to exclude specific game categories or individual titles from counting toward Wagering Requirements. Typically, live casino games and certain table games contribute at a lower rate (often 10%) than slots and crash games (which typically contribute 100%).
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds. Placing a single bet exceeding Rp 500.000 while a bonus is active constitutes a violation of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Jos77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect Wagering Requirements already in progress.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, syndicated betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures — will result in the cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account suspension.

All games and betting markets offered on the jos77 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within the game interface and the sportsbook rules displayed within the betting lobby. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules prevail for matters relating solely to game mechanics; these Terms & Conditions prevail for all account, financial, and conduct matters.

Sportsbook. Bet settlement is based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body. Jos77 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced or where the odds were generated due to a manifest error. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets are settled according to the individual leg outcomes; the void of any single leg due to postponement or cancellation results in that leg being treated as a push at odds of 1.00. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled strictly in accordance with the handicap line displayed at the time the bet was placed.

Live casino. All live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer has completed the round and the result is displayed. Disconnection during a live game round does not constitute grounds for refund if the round has already commenced.

Slots and RNG games. All random number generator (RNG) game results are generated by certified, independently audited software. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee results for any individual session or bet. Slot gacor (high-frequency payout) titles are designated based on RTP classifications published by the game studios; Jos77 does not manipulate RTP settings beyond the default configurations provided by the licensed game provider.

Prohibited conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jos77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balance:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion with other players to influence game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or manifest pricing mistakes.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims filed with a bank or payment provider without first raising the matter through jos77's official support channel.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.

Jos77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible via account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who believe that their gambling may be causing personal, financial, or psychological harm are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools or to contact the jos77 support team via live chat to request their activation.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and lock the affected Account for the duration specified by the player (minimum 6 months; maximum permanent). All content on the jos77 Platform — including but not limited to the jos77 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jos77 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jos77 intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

Game content (including slot graphics, live dealer studio branding, and virtual sports imagery) remains the intellectual property of the respective game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — and is licensed to jos77 for display on the Platform. No player acquires any rights in game content by virtue of playing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jos77 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, network disruption, or server outage.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Losses resulting from the suspension or closure of your Account in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
• Errors in game results caused by a third-party game provider's software, subject to the provider's own liability framework.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contained an error due to a technical fault.

Jos77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law in the applicable jurisdiction.

Jos77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jos77 implements technical and organisational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP-protected account actions, and restricted internal data access controls — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Jos77 does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Jos77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision was published. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jos77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution body.

Jos77's internal complaint resolution process operates as follows: (1) submit a written complaint via live chat or email; (2) jos77 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within 5 business days; (3) if the response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body as the final forum.
